1. COLUMNS, BEAMS
We produce columns up to a cross-section of approx. 1.0 / 1.5 m, in the max. Length of 30 m. Cross-section shape is optional and can be adjusted to your requirements, either square, rectangular or variable if required. The columns can be equipped with a number of brackets, depending on type of construction. The brackets can be placed as required at different column hights.
There are various possibilities of placing standard connecting elements for connecting masonry, sandwich panels or other construction elements if necessary.
The columns are made with a smooth sufrace finish. The maximum weight of one piece of column is 50 tons.
2. ROOF BEAMS/TRUSSES (PRESTRESSED/UNSTRESSED)
Prestressed trussess can be made in counter, saddle or straight belt shape. The cross-ection of the prefabricated element is I-shaped, designed in dimensions in accordance to their span and adequate load of truss itself. We are able to produce trusses in the length of max. 40 meters and at the maximum weight of 50 tons.
Non-prestressed roof trusses are suitable construction elements for hall buildings. From the static arrangement point of view they are suitable up to a span of approx. 23 m. These construction units are suitable for both saddle and counter roofs. The cross-section is optional to be manufactured either as I-shaped or T-shaped, inclusive option of placing holes for installation if required.
3. GIRDERS/HALF THROUGH GIRDERS/BEAMS/PURLINS/STIFFENERS
The cross-sectioons of the elements – of: T rectangular shape, L, I, reversed T – or other options if required, which can be adjusted to the specific architectural or constructional requirements. Half through girders when coupled with construction ceiling create a stable construction unit a a whole with a spatial effect. The maximum weight by these element is 50tons.
