1. WALL PANELS – INSULATED (SANDWICH) PANELS
Sandwich flat surface prefabricated parts are intended to be used for cladding the buildings or other objects. The building construction components can either be made as a complete solid unit or can be adjusted to their final purpose by placing window or door openings in them.
Individual sizes of particular elements depend on their overall maximum weight.
All the wall panels which are a part of cladding provide a degree of thermo insulation according to relevant Project Documentation requirements.
Sandwich panels consist of three layers: load-bearing boards, thermal insulation and fascade layer, all of which are interconnected by anti-corrosion anchors. The thickness of the thermal insulation layer can vary in range of 50 – up to approx.180 mm. The usual thickness of fascade layer is 65-70 mm. The walls can also be made with a console/bracket.
2. WALL PANELS – UNINSULATED (SOLID) PANELS
- available in various thicknesses approx from 140 mm
- the surface of one unit untill approx. 50 m2
- smooth surface on both sides
Since the year 2019 have been our production facilities equipped with technologies enabling production of both, large and smooth surface on both sides of elements. The walls are being concreted in a vertical position and do not need to be additionally hand smoothed.
